Dr. Kavita Dhingra offer expertise in Individual Therapy, Family Psychotherapy, Group Psychotherapy, and Group Psychoeducation. Clients can choose between individual, couples/marriage, and family therapy pertaining to their individual needs. Specific areas of expertise that may be addressed during clinical therapy range from anxiety, depression, executive functioning, trauma, OCD, and other cognitive areas.
